Louise Blouin Media’s lifestyle-oriented website ARTINFO.com is the online destination for our renowned art magazines Art+Auction, Modern Painters, Gallery Guide and our auctions pricing tool, the Art Sales Index. We are currently seeking a full-time Digital Marketing Associate to join our team. This is a great opportunity for a smart, enthusiastic person to gain experience in an expanding organization in a role with significant room for growth.
Job responsibilities include the following:
Define and implement an online marketing plan to grow site readership
Work with editorial staff to improve the marketability of content to other media companies and/or search engines
Proactively market stories via social media and blogger outreach
Manage the companies social media efforts
Write marketing copy for house ads and email campaigns
Create weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on site performance, top stories, and marketing efficiency
Proactively monitor competitors
Update and maintain email lists and user databases
Manage production of email newsletter campaigns
Manage SEO and SEM efforts
The successful candidate will have a degree as well as strong organizational and communication skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office and strong research skills. The candidate should be comfortable working with internet tools and databases and have an ambitious and enthusiastic attitude.
